Shipping & Return Policy

We design to empower the people who wear it, so if it's not working exactly right for you, you’re covered. We provide you 30 days return, confidently knowing you can return any item for any reason within those 30 days.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept products that are damage, washed, worn, and without tags.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.
  • (If applicable) Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods. Delivery to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, additional time required for delivery. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. International orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL are typically delivered within 6-10 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. For standard shipments through USPS, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
